Our typical Sunday celebration services are built around the belief that a foundational longing of the human heart is to experience the manifest presence of God in the context of community.  We enjoy an extended time of contemporary worship, providing both the time and space necessary to allow people to connect with God, either in the quietness of their own hearts, or, if they so desire, in prayer with one another.

After worship a member of the church leadership team or an invited guest will then bring a message of exhortation to the body.  A brief response time is built into the service, allowing for a wholehearted response as the individual sees fit, whether in silent contemplation, in worship, or in prayer with a friend, for example.

"Family" functions of the celebration service include sharing community announcements, taking up offerings for the church and our community or global initiatives, the baptism of new followers of Jesus (in the basement pool!) and various presentations by church members.
 
As our church family meets in a gym, we tend to be more relaxed than formal, and friendly but not-in-your-face.  We enjoy both the power and beauty of the Lords presence and the freedom that He brings, as well as the occasional pick-up basketball game has been known to break out after a really good message.
