If you have not returned your response card, sign up ASAP on the sponsorship sign up form (click the link) at the missionE4 website. For the child #, fill in the number on your child's card that starts with "LAF-", and in the "how did you hear about us" section write that you sponsored this child at World Mandate East.

college spring break trip
